As I venture further into this project I find more and more benefits for my mental and physical states. Depending on the type of yoga I find myself more physically or mentally relaxed, and occasionally sore. Most people see yoga as a feminine activity, but when you look at what it does, I believe guys need it more. Yoga’s main benefit of course is flexibility and endurance. After weeks of yoga I have easily seen many of the benefits and well-being brought from it’s practice.
This is a blog post for Joey Harber in order to advise, explain, and perhaps persuade a class of the benefits of yoga. Yoga is used in many lives for balance and peace as well as fitness. There are all types of such practices that stem from this physical activity, but in my case it will be tested to help prevent or reverse the effect of athletic injuries.
